Affordable Home Service Ioakimo Manuleleua Took My Deposit and Disappeared Independence Missouri!!. Ioakimo “Kimo” Manuleleua dba Affordable Home Service of Independence MO was given a deposit of $550 and $76 worth of materials to perform carpentry services on a private residence. The work was never done and he has not returned the deposit and materials. Mr Manuleleua was contacted several times and each time he promised to complete the work, but he never showed up.
