They replaced a faucet and removed a nonfunctional garbage disposal (replacing with plain drain, per my tenants’ request) and cleaned a tricky dryer vent. As a landlord who doesn’t live near the property, having a reliable, reasonable handyman service is essential! Glad we found S&J.

I’ve used S&J for a few home projects, from fencing to painting and carpentry. The workmanship is always excellent and the price very reasonable. They are responsive and easy to work with. I won’t use another handyman service!
