We are living in historic times – a global pandemic converging with a country coming to terms with its legacy of racial injustice – all at a time when reactions are offered in real-time. Each of us processes current events at our own speed and through our own lived experiences. After an intentional period of listening and reflecting first – a posture that we hope brings humility and greater understanding – we share our statement on racial injustice with you. As an organization that serves a highly diversified group of stakeholders, this is a sacred space for us, and we know our words also need to be punctuated by action. **As of June 15, 2020 our building will re-open to the to the public, but with limited hours:

Monday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Tuesday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Wednesday: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

Thursday: 9:00AM – 1:00PM

Friday: 1:00PM – 4:00PM

HRS staff will be following enhanced health and safety protocols and modified procedures while interacting with guests. Guests who plan to visit our office should wear a mask. 

Currently registered clients can still request home repairs via phone. All new clients please call 241-2601 to inquire about registering for services. Existing clients who need to renew eligibility for 2020 please click here to securely submit your application and documents online.
