Adventist Health Home Care agencies play an important role in our mission to provide compassionate and professional Christian care to our communities. Through specialized programs, you and your families can receive skilled, personalized healthcare services while residing in the comfort of your own home. In addition to providing treatment or care management, we strive to improve overall quality of life, hasten recovery, and positively influence the emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of our home care patients.

Availability of services may vary by location and could include some or all of the following: home health; palliative or hospice care; or home medical supply. Adventist Health currently operates:

• 14 home health agencies
• Nine hospices and one hospice house

Who might benefit from home care?

Home care services are suitable for many patients who are living with or have been diagnosed with a medical condition that leaves them unable to leave their home without difficulty. In addition to elder or disability care, we also offer services for patients with:
