Last week we completed a deck remodel. We used the existing framework; replaced the deck boards, posts, handrails and both stairs.

Attached are pictures of the process.

Two weeks ago we completed a modest project. We converted this “walk-in office” back into the garage it once was. Attached are before, during and after photos of the work.

Earlier this week we volunteered time and teamed up with members of the Manchester Land Trust to complete the replacement of a large beam.

Here are photos of a recent project we completed. We cut a hole in this non-load bearing wall and installed 6′ wide french doors. This opened the space up, but still allows for privacy is the smaller room.

Recently we completed a 40′ main beam replacement. The process involved building fully studded 2×4 walls on both sides of the beam, to support the floors above. Once the temporary support walls were in place we could remove and replace this old beam which had been destroyed by termites.
